   I contacted Nick at the end of 2022 when the interest rates started to rocket up and my mortgage was set for renewal in July 2023 and I felt I had to act fast. The first thing Nick said was “don’t panic, we will sort this” within 3 days of meeting , discussing finances etc, he had found the best rate for me and started the application for the new mortgage deal. I can honestly say without Nick I would be in serious financial difficulty if he hadn’t had acted so fast and found me the best mortgage rate that suited my finances . I will without doubt use Nick again in the near future and have recommended his services to my friends.

   I was recommended Talavera and so glad I used them! Nick has been exceptional! My situation was a tricky one and I really did not expect to get a mortgage but Nick reassured me he would and pulled it out the bag! I can not fault the communication, even out of hours and actually when he was on holiday he’s always at the end of the phone. There was problems with the post and he personally drove over with paperwork. Honestly the service is above and beyond. Thank you so much for making the whole process stress free.
