   From being greeted at the door and the lovely Amelia doing all the pre checks I felt welcomed and looked after with care. My eye test was clear and efficient in execution and information. Derek was patient whilst I chose my new glasses and made sure I received the best deal and explained how we arrived at the costs.

   It was my first time having my eyes tested at a specsavers store, they were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was made to feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. The staff told me step by step what was happening and what was coming next. During the choosing new glasses process the team were on hand with friendly advice as to what they thought suited. Overall a very happy experience and I highly recommend! The prices were fare and they had some great offers on too!

   Went to my appointment after receiving a reminder. Booking was easy and straightforward. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a member of staff. I was seen within about 2 minutes. From there I had a complete eye test. I saw two members of staff I have seen previously and I liked that I got people I recognised, probably coincidence but I like familiarity. Service from start to finish was excellent, professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend using this Hessle store.

   I left very happy with my experience at the Hessle branch of Specsavers. As someone who can feel a little anxious about visiting the opticians, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and at ease I felt throughout my visit. The whole team were kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable, which made the experience genuinely enjoyable.

   Very good service' when I returned to collect my new shades the staff members had donned ear badges and deelly boppers. I thought it was for me seeing as I'm deaf, only to realise it was national hearing day. Well done Specsavers staff, keep up the good work.

   What a great experience this morning at Specsavers in Hessle. Joanne did my eye test. She was professional, friendly and thorough. She then passed me to Charlotte to choose frames. She was equally as attentive. Finally Laura saw me out- she was professional and was very personable. We recognised each other. We went to school with each other so had a great catch-up after all these years. Well done Hessle Specsavers. Fantastic customer service.

   My first experience of Specsavers in Hessle having just moved to the area from Devon.Found this to be a very welcoming and efficient branch. Had a "pensioner's" eye test, expertly carried out with all the modern kit. Ordered new bi-focal glasses and these were available after a fortnight.,fitted fine and did give the improvement in reading that I was looking for. No hesitation in recommending this branch and will certainly be returning there for my next eye test and next new glasses if and when necessary.

   I have used this branch of Specsavers for quite a long time, they have always been very good. They have excellent state of the art testing equipment, all the staff that dealt with me were very friendly and the customer experience was good. there is a good selection of frames at various prices to choose from. I am very pleased with my new glasses and will be certainly returning there in the future.
