David Williams IFA acted as my mortgage brokers. I’ve always been very sceptical of the value of mortgage brokers, but Martin and the team did a fantastic job. Whilst my situation was straightforward, my purchase dragged on for an extended period of time, which was very stressful given the sharp increase in interest rates this past year. Martin kept me informed throughout, and was able to keep my original low interest rate despite the expiry of the original offer. I’d have ended up paying a lot more in interest on my mortgage due to the increasing rates had I not had Martin’s knowledge and experience to help, so I’m now utterly convinced of the value of a good mortgage broker, and am very happy with the service provided.
