    I was home all day yesterday, because I knew I was expecting a parcel. A quite expensive parcel. I didn't want to miss it. No courier. No card. Nothing. Yet Amazon says quite clearly that they attempted to deliver the parcel. Which they did not. Now what? I assume that without a card they will attempt to ignore the fact that they did not make an attempt to deliver my parcel. I need the goods in that parcel. Given that I put off things that I needed to do to stay home and wait for the parcel, now I have the nuisance of tracking the parcel to find what happened to it, Amazon this has been an epic fail. Why can't you use a courier that's reliable. UPDATE: Apparently their office is closed on a Saturday too.

    No time given to pick it up, couldn't get through on the phone to arrange a redelivery time, the next time they tried to deliver the driver knocked, and in the time it took me to get downstairs and answer he'd put his note through the door and driven off with my package! The next day the note was put through the door but no one heard a knock. Having to take time off work to collect from the depot. Worse than useless. Use standard delivery from Amazon. It's quicker.

    Ordered a printer, tracking showed it at the depot early am (Friday), waited around all day but had to pick up other half from work so called to ask when it was likely to be delivered. Was told delivery had been rescheduled for Monday. Great, sod your paying customers just deliver when it you get round to it. Ended up going to collect it on Saturday, 60 mile round trip, cheers.
