   Paid for next day delivery. 2 days later still no parcel. Called them up only to be told they have the parcel at Delivered Portsmouth (6 miles from where I live by the way! Not even an hours drive) but they won't be able to deliver it today. I explained to them I paid for next day delivery, they said they will try to deliver it today but no guarantee. The point of paying for next day delivery is to guarantee a delivery date. Useless to be honest, last time I'll be buying from any retailer using this company... Very dissatisfied.

   Arranged for the package to be delivered to the depo. Turned up to be told they couldn't find it and that it had been put on the van. Contacted the seller as advised by the chap at the depot, as the package was probably lost. went the next day as the seller had contacted depo to confirm it was there. also called myself before leaving to collect to be told it was there, arrived at the depot to be told packages had been stolen. seller dispatched replacement items only for when delivery was made for only 1 of the two boxes to be delivered. so had to chase for the location of the second package to be told a time of delivery, which was missed. so had to chase again and ended up collecting the second package from the depot.

   Terrible currier failed to deliver package because he couldn’t get into the reception of my flat, when there’s a trades button on the entrance for a reason. How a supposed professional currier company doesn’t know about something designed for them to use is a mystery. Left a picture of the door where you can literally see the trades button currier is just lazy.

   I paid for next day delivery. Received an email in the morning giving the delivery time slot. Stayed in waiting for this delivery as a previous separate delivery was also "missed" and I had to go to the depot to collect (despite paying for next day delivery. Depot guys were helpful though). At the exact start of the time slot, I receive another email stating delivery was attempted...I can assure you it was not, and, unsurprisingly, no card was left. Well, colour me shocked. The tracking on their own website clearly shows a picture of the bottom of the van and my parcel next to someone else's feet, and the icing on this rather stale cake is that the location of "the attempt" is about a 10 minute drive away. APC used to be reliable in the past, but now they are in the same awful class as (N)Evri and Yodel.

   Driver stole a pair of earbuds (rrp £110) from inside the front door. When i contacted the company i was told i wasnt the only complaint that week. Driver was fired but they didnt want to replace the earbuds.

   Congratulations on making Evri/Hermes look good. Takes some effort but you're there. Drivers will take a photo of your front door and say you aren't in. They won't knock / ring the bell or leave a card though. I question if they actually have the parcel with them - I honestly think they might not do and they are just pretending by saying you weren't in? Either way, I'm not sure how I'm supposed to take delivery of a parcel when you don't knock the door or ring the doorbell. I'm also not sure how I'm supposed to rearrange delivery when you don't leave a card? Every single time without fail I have to get on the phone and track down my delivery (with people who literally do not care) while navigating around out of service phone numbers. I then have to drive to the depot and check if they have it - they'll ask me for a card at the depot but then I have to blag collecting it without one because they don't actually leave them. If this was a one off I'd be more OK with it, but it's consistent. This is my first Google review. I'm that angry.

   Don’t use this horrendous company I should of had five items to be delivered, on Thursday the 15th December all tracking available showed the the driver literally minutes away from my home, then the delivery was cancelled no email no phone call nothing, called up they said sorry it might be with you tomorrow, please note this was a next delivery Friday comes tracking available again about midday showed on a map, then all of a sudden returned to sender I called and they said one of the items is damaged, they smashed one on my crates of alcohol basically. So Saturday come all due for delivery and delivered not only have they smashed one of my items there is also another item missing completely which I’m convinced it’s been stolen by this company. If you value your goods don’t use these cowboy delivery company if I could give zero stars I would of Thanks Dan

   I was in the kitchen which overlooks the front of our property when the van with my parcel arrived and could see into the van. While I was happy with how my own parcel arrived on time and in tact, I couldn't believe the delivery man literally flung 2 tvs towards the back of the van to get to my parcel. Those poor people expecting TVs.

   Rubbish! I paid for next day delivery and when chased at 16:15 i was told it wont arrive and it will have to be arranged for another day. They didn't think to call me to advise but waited for the customer to chase. One of the 'solutions' offered was that i could go and collect it from the depot!

   I'm forced to receive consignments through this delivery company who quite frankly are dreadful. Every delivery I have had in the past 18 months has been partially lost, left at an address with no idea of who they left it with.. no calling cards, it's absolute shocking mess of incompetence and complete disregard for the client and receiving customer.
