They feel very comfortable attending their appointments and I can't thank you enough for such a friendly, efficient and caring experience, you deserve more than five stars!
Not a good experience. Despite having an eyecare plan, I was charged for a sight test. Computers were not working and a member of staff didn’t give me the freedom to view glasses. As a result I didn’t make a purchase. Have since been refunded for the sight test, which I shouldn’t have been charged for.
Brilliant experience at Vision Express Beverley. Khiz was so friendly and knowledgeable, and the support staff went above and beyond, especially Alison who was super helpful and lovely. Great opticians!

Would not recommend. Booked an eye test. The two machines that are used to check pressure etc, before going in with the optician, did not work! The optician was competent. How ever there was no mention of me going back to have my eyes checked on the two machines. Only interested in trying to sell me a new pair of glasses. Needless to say I did not purchase.
My husband was having problems with his eyes constantly running, so we called in on the off chance that he might get seen. We were visiting Beverly so we didn't think he would get an appointment on the day. We were made to feel welcome straight away and they fitted him in. All the staff there were highly professional and patient, my husband has a stammer which can sometimes make him uncomfortable when people rush him. He choose the glasses needed for his problem without any fuss and great hygiene standards were adhered to. Thank you to all the staff, my husband will book future tests with you when we are down that way at our caravan.
