   Highly recommend master quote for car insurance. Met an awesome phone operator Jake that works in insurance renewals. He went above and beyond during the phone call today. He found my number after we got disconnected. He was very professional, dedicated to his job. He knows how to communicate with the customers and his manners were exquisite. Whomever, it may concern Jake is a credit to the master quote insurance company How he bought himself across you couldn't ask for a better operator - this is one of the many reasons that I will continue to keep coming back to this insurance company!    Seem to have a Sales prevention force. They failed to renew our policy. Could not get through on the phone, waited and waited on hold, only to get someone who could not renew our policy, then back of the queue again. Gave up, and saved money by going to Compare the market.

   Dreadful firm, avoid at all costs. I used them via a comparison site to get contents insurance and it has rolled on a couple of times since then. Too late, I realised that the policy had been amended from my original search and no longer covered the specified items.... and for a premium of £65, it was actually costing £118 with admin fees and charges for paying monthly making up almost half the cost! So, I managed to get a good quote from another firm for a combined buildings and contents but had missed the start date of the masterquote policy. Cancelling has been a nightmare! Took me 10 days. Tried ringing, emailing and have waited days for a call back. Worst of all, with all their hidden charges, 24 days contents insurance has cost me over £68!! Would give no stars if I could. Lesson learned.

   Usual insurance company actions they lure you in with a decent price, then double it at renewal time. They wanted £544.67 for the year while others were £213.00 same cover

   DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. They renewed my insurance without any notice documents or email informing me. They put the insurance up by £250 per year and when I tried to cancel they said it would cost £220 to cancel. They are criminal in my opinion
