    Hello, My company has around £1200 a month worth of policies with Zurich. Not a great deal to be sure. I hear that you are supporting extraction of fossil fuels, by providing insurance for said industry. Could you stop that please.

    Our house wall collapsed following a severe storm and Zurich have refused to pay the 42k rebuild costs leaving us in a freezing cold unsafe house for months. The claim started in a November 2022 and the appeal result today was still no we are not going to help us. Do not waste your money insuring with this terrible company they are not there when you need them.

    Poor experience with HR, regarding prospective employment. Application was no longer being considered, took a month to find out, after the candidate portal was no longer available and nobody would respond to emails. A simple quick email explanation or rejection would have sufficed, for the time spent.
