   Awful experience with this company. Increased my direct debit payments for apparantly not returning the signed credit agreement and direct debit mandate. I returned both within the time frame but they still increased my payments.

   After taking out Home & Contents insurance with Computerquote via GoCompare I never received any documentation. 11 months on and still nothing. I can 100% confirm 'Cheap' isn't always the best option. I won't be renewing my policy with them. If only I could speak with them to confirm this. Their communication is dreadful, even if you're lucky to get through to someone they take your phone number to call you back and never do. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid...!!!

   I recently had a water leak (underground) at our property so I called Computerquote for advice. They told me to ring Covea (the Insurers) which I did and they told me I should ring Computerquote !!!!, which I did again, they then said I should ring Covea again. To be honest I gave up, no-one wanted to help or show any responsibility at all. The combination of Computerquote and Covea was TERRIBLE, so avoid if you can. Although, I have just been sent my renewal 'papers' from Computerquote and their Insurers this time is Ageas......who knows if this will be an improvement but I will be going elsewhere. As regards my water leak, I had to get a company in to sort it all.

   After several attempts of trying to change my direct debit date as was being charged every monyh they finally changed it... Costing me ahain. But a few months down the line it's changed back to original fate. 4 days before I get paid. Now I have to pay 25 pounds to get it changed back.... As soon as I can afford to I will be moving to a new agent.... Shocking customer service...

   6 months in and the provider they'd recommended has gone bust. No refund and no goodwill offer. Apparently no due diligence either. Avoid.
