I instructed Ian at TKN to take my case and present the facts to the debtor and after some full and frank conversation, along with the necessary applications to potentially close down the debtors business, Ian successfully recovered all of my fee, interest, and a large percentage of my costs. If you are in business and you don't have TKN saved as a contact in your phone, you are not fully prepared. I will not hesitate to call them again if faced with similar issues.
