Phone Number does not exist. Company very difficult to get hold of... Has it gone Bankrupt and changed its name? Is it a fake? How do you get hold of the owner/ex owner? Seems like a napkin company.
Preying on the elderly. Setting up direct debits despite being asked not to. Have reported to Action Fraud. I will be setting up a new bank account because of these people. Have telephoned and emailed but they keep redoing it. Will also report to information commissioner as they have obviously kept information on their system that they were asked to remove some months ago.
I am discussed with this company preying on the elderly. Not just one policy 3no. Oh and they don't keep the recordings 'this call will be recorded ' . Oh and I don't want to call you as I will be taking this matter further.

He said to me "how do you know? I already know the password, it's.... " and quoted me a password my father has previously used. CLEAR DATA PROTECTION BREACH!!! Will be lodging a complaint regarding their bully tactics and data protection policy.
