    We took our son to Sinead when he was 6 weeks old because he suffered badly from reflux and cried inconsolably for 7 hours a day in the beginning. Sinead was fantastic, she had such a lovely way with babies. She was able to detect stresses in him that I had not mentioned such as his delayed breathing when he was born and getting his tongue tie cut at 2 weeks old, both of these she was able to pick up on by the way she held and manipulated his little body. He was not a happy baby during the first session at all, his second session a week later he was willing to let Sinead work on him in my arms and by the third session he was so relaxed he slept though. From day 1 we noticed a difference in our son, Sinead was definitely able to give him relief from the tension he was holding and feeding, sleeping and nappies become much easier for the wee man. He is the most pleasant baby and crying for hours on end have been unheard of since meeting with Sinead. We would definitely recommend her as I think there is a lot to be said for the stress of childbirth on a baby regardless off the symptoms they exhibit.

    5 stars just isn’t enough!! Sinead really is one of the most wonderful people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I genuinely feel so much better since having treatment but also now understand what I need to do to help myself. Sinead makes you feel at ease from the very start and really is amazing at what she does! Her knowledge would blow you away, my injury cause is unknown - but Sinead knew that years ago I did horse riding.... and yesterday she automatically started working around my shoulder before I told her it had been sore. I really cannot recommend Sinead highly enough, she is BRILLIANT at her job and a brilliant person!!

    I cannot recommend Sinead at Lifetime Health highly enough. We have tried all the remedies the internet, doctors and health visitor had suggested to help Jax deal with being in the car and pram, help him relax, ease his discomfort from reflux and other wee things that seemed to cause him distress. After one treatment we noticed a huge improvement, after the second he was almost like a different baby. Much more settled, he can cope with the pram, he can lie down without screaming, he has slept in his car seat. Even though he slept well before his treatment, I have noticed he is less tense when he is asleep and he seems to be in a much deeper sleep more often.
