   I'm really disappointed to give this review- I rented for nearly 3 years here, through out my time here the team were great any issue were sorted within a few days at most. However, on moving out they always hire a cleaner to clean the property before someone moves in. When we moved in our mattress had stains on it prior and we had to flip it around. There were cigarette stains on the carpet but it was fine and we accepted on moving in as we did speak to Layla about those issues on moving in. On moving out they claimed they cleaned our property for 5 hours and deducted a large sum off our deposit. I'm going to upload photos of the state we left the house in and following things they charged us for- some were reasonable we didn't clean the oven or defrost the freezer and we accepted the mattress probably would need changing from the last tenants. No where in the check out required did it state a professional cleaning just to clean, dust and clean behind furniture. The first 3 photos are how we left it (please see the kitchen side was clean before we left) they dirited it after cleaning the oven and had the audacity to take photos of it like the mess was previously there (see last photo). Stones in carpet stairs and the door squares. Half of these photos I couldn't see the difference and claiming it took 5 hours to clean the apartment, I'm sorry I just don't believe it. Basically it's great when you live there, but don't expect an ounce of your deposit back and hire a professional cleaner when leaving it's honestly cheaper.

   Living in one of the properties there is no privacy they let themselves in when They see fit with no notification and when asked why met with hostility from the landlady with threats of eviction do not recommend
