   Northwood have been managing my apartment for the last few years and I have found them to be outstanding. The level of service which they provide is excellent and I have to say that I am particularly impressed with Olivia who has kept me updated with viewings, maintenance etc. Just recently she managed to relet my apartment really quick and has found a fantastic Tenant!!    The team at Northwood are second to none. Very thorough and strict on compliance. This is hugely important when being a landlord. I appreciated the fact that they found me multiple tenants in no time whatsoever. Only having a 1 to 2 month gap in over 6 years was amazing. There is never a lapse in communication. With some large agents you feel like just a number whereas at Northwood there is always a personal feel. Shannon, John and team do a wonderful job. Would highly recommend them.    Excellent service from the start . Starting with a phone call to Shirley who pulled out all stops to arrange a viewing at a minutes notice . Helping me understand the process of being a cash buyer which was very helpful. Meeting John at the property, even ringing me when he was near by as not to be waiting outside the property no longer then needed to be . John walked me around the property helping with the many queries I had . I found his experience extremely helpful and gave me a good insight to the property. In short . They were very helpful, informative and very professional.
