I starting renting from Castle Homes in my second year of university and stayed with them even after I graduated. Their prices are incredibly competitive, especially when compared to on campus accommodation or Ash court and the houses/apartments are much bigger. Given that its a family run business they are more understanding of individual circumstances and always help out where they can. Their apartments are beautifully decorated but leave room for customisation so you can make it feel like home. Its been a pleasure having such a lovely landlord and I would be happy to recommend Castle Homes to other students/graduates.

Living at a Castle Homes property has genuinely been one of the best choices I’ve made when it comes to accommodation. The place is not just nice, clean and cheaper, but also really well-organised everything feels like it’s been thought through with the tenant in mind. Compared to other lettings I’ve experienced, Castle Homes stands out in the best way possible. Any issues are sorted quickly and professionally, and there’s a real sense that the people running it actually care. It’s rare to find that. Ross, the landlord, is hands down the kindest and most genuine landlord I’ve ever met. He truly puts his tenants first, and it shows in every interaction. You’re not just a number here, you are treated with real respect and warmth. If you’re looking for a place that feels like more than just a rental, a place that feels like a home, this is it. Couldn’t recommend it more.

I really enjoyed living in Castle Homes, the rooms are big with all the necessary furniture and more. The kitchens are extremely spacious, with essential appliances and a lot of storage space. There is lovely laundry facilities and community outdoor areas. It is a great location between university and city centre with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Great for university students

Living in castle homes has been a great experience and I would stay it is luxury student living. The rooms are spacious with so much storage. The kitchen is bright and open; I share with 2 others and we have two fridges and even spare cupboards space. I often work in the garden outside and it's very peaceful and gets great sunshine too around this time of year. Laundry is included and when we have had any maintenance issues they have been fixed in a couple of days :) would recommend

I've been with Castle Homes for about 7 months now. The staff, especially Ross, have been very respectful and helpful. The rooms are en-suite and the kitchens are fully well-equipped. If you face any problems, they're only an email or phone call away. Also, at the end of your contract, you can count on their help to find a new place. What I like about the house I am staying at is that it's both close to university and the city center.

Castle Homes was the only option for me from the moment I got into contact with Ross while I was home in Malawi. He is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I would recommend Castle Homes to anyone, the house I live in is the best, when I have a fault they respond as quickly as possible and the customer service is top notch. I will choose Castle Homes over and over because you really live in a castle! If you are looking for accomodation, this should always be your first contact you will never regret.

Lived in the Castle Homes flats, were excellent when first moved in and throughout the year. The building was very secure and kept clean. Whenever any help was needed a response was given within 24 hours and staff were very helpful. Overall, enjoyed the year staying with them.

Castle homes are incredible. All I did was search on google and found them. They’re quick and effective, answer all your questions what you have and also take you around true properties you’re interested in. Very friendly, professional, kind and easily approachable. You can really tell their family business is a great asset to them, the way they take pride and intention to detail of on accommodations. When my friends or family visits I get nothing but compliments on my apartment I’m renting. I’ve never moved out of home before this is my first time and it’s the best move I’ve ever made, it’s a great stepping stone! I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else. Their support doesn’t just end when you sign the contract and off you go, they have contact numbers if you have any issues from maintenance to concerns. They really do care about the welfare of their tenants, I cannot thank them enough for being ever so supportive towards me with my personal issues and on going questions, and any problems they’re straight onto it no messing around. They’re incredible landlords and this is why I’m continuing to stay with Castlehomes. So if you’re looking for your perfect place, then look no further.

Ross helped me out last year when I was struggling to find accommodation and showed me 2 en-suite rooms that would be turned into a 1 bed flat. The flat is amazing and I’ve had barely any issues, and the issues I have had, Ross has sorted them straight away. Ross also helped me look for accommodation for next year and showed me multiple properties which were all a great price and perfect for a student.
