   For me, their service is excellent. The team is very supportive and helpful. For example, when I had an issue with my room being colder than other areas in the house, they responded immediately. They quickly sent staff to check the problem and even added an extra heater to my room. Whenever we face any issues, we can simply go to the Tulip office, and they resolve the problem promptly. I feel grateful to be one of their tenants. I highly recommend Tulip if you’re looking for accommodation, they are truly one of the best agencies in the UK.

   Will not recommend to anyone! I returned the keys 2 days late and they charged me £60 which is fine, my fault. The problem is they were late with transferring back my deposit… and I asked politely if they could ignore the £60 penalty. Short story long, they were very rude and didn’t want to discuss. They took £60 from my deposit and transferred the money three weeks after instead of two. Very disappointing.

   Tulip is a top brand, and professional housing agency. I lived in one of their properties in Hull, and their service was top notch. They were very responsive with replacements and needs that demand attention. Initially I thought they were not responsive till I moved out and saw that I was getting one of the best services in town. I recommend Tulip especially to students new to Hull

   Called Tulip last week to arrange a viewing for a property, spoke to a women who seemed to have no clue - Didn't take the usual details letting agents normally take which I already thought was odd. Visit was arranged for Thursday 09/032023 - So we get to the property and no one is here - I rang Tulip and once again waited in their Queue for over 7 minutes - spoke to the same Polish women who had a very bad attitude from the beginning and was told that they tried to call me numerous times which they clearly didn't no missed calls - Was told that She is going to call the guy to see where he was. Was stood outside for around another 10 minutes in the rain. When we started walking back we actually walked passed Tulip estates and saw that both women where sat on there mobiles phones. We are actually glad this happened tbf - Cant imagine what it would be like if we where to get a house from them! AVOID!!!!

   Tulips have been OK working with me on my deposit unfortunately it been lost in paperwork From old landlord to new landlord so please everyone who's renting property of tulips to look at your deposit to make sure it safe as it may not be.

   Tulip has been an excellent Sales Agent who successfully sold 4 properties for us, which we also bought from them and they let and managed them since mid 2016. On both counts we are totally satisfied. In particular, Gioele Marsili dealt with the sale of the last three properties during which she has admirably tackled quite a few uncertainties caused by the buyers and their solicitors. She tackled them with her persistence and superb professionalism, and all along kept us fully informed and provided appropriate advice. I cannot praise them enough for the excellent personal and professional service they gave.
