   I had to travel from York to Hull on Friday to look the Ferensway flat for rent. They offered the rent with 1100£ both verbally and through the email. I sent the paper application they gave and we both accepted. We started the online application and started referencing. Suddenly on Monday, they just called me they have to deny the application as we are with 3 children and not suitable for the children to live in. How terrible it was and wasted! Never recommend such property agent that can’t keep their agreement!

   In October 2017 we was told by Headstart properties that our landlord was selling our property in May/June 2018 we was in October going redecorate the full house ( paint what was grubby from kids ect and new carpets on 2018) however we decided not to bother due to the landlord selling and if we found a property sutible we was out. We finally found a new property in April 17 we liked and handed our notice in, we moved out and arranged for headstart to come down to view they now want to keep our deposit to redecorate because they now think the landlord is not selling he wants to rent again. 1. if they told us they were not selling and still renting we would of stayed. 2. Why would anyone decorate a house that if the house was going to be sold decorate to the own taste. 3. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT COMPANY STAY AWAY.
