Just over two years ago MYPad pulled out all the stops to accommodate my younger daughter just after a very long spell in hospital for her. They were breathtakingly efficient and turned what could have been a very difficult and lengthy time into a very understanding initiative by them to do their utmost to help as speedily as possible. On that alone I commend them to any property seeker. Just over two years later my daughter's needs have changed and it was necessary to find another flat for her. As it turned out the flat she felt would work for her was with another agency and yet again My Pad came up trumps. Despite the fact my daughter was moving from them the staff made every effort to help us through the process. In particular George Gough, the manager and joint proprietor with her husband, was breathtakingly kind, supportive and helpful and went far above and beyond anything one could expect. For this I shall be forever grateful to her. To anyone in the area looking for a property to rent or buy, I would, without any reservation, commend MYPad to you as an efficient, kind, honourable and caring facility who will do their best by you every step of the way. If the need arose I would certainly use them again. If you are looking for efficiency, professionalism and care - beat a path to MyPad without delay.
I paid the admin fee on a flat and was guaranteed that would hold the keys for me until I paid the first rent and deposit; they rented out that apartment the very next day. Went to view another apartment with them, was told it would be held for me without paying the admin fee after what happened previously; it was again rented out the next day.
