   Myton Gate manages the cleanest properties in Hull and I can affirm that having moved around a couple of houses. The apartments and property are very clean and if you love a very tidy and cosy environment, this is you best stop. Currently under the management of Mark who is a great guy .He also helped me with a short stay apartment at a very cheap and affordable price compared to what you'll get with AirBnBs or Hotels.

   I’ve lived at 22 May Street (a Myton Gate property) for one year now, and it’s been a very positive experience. The property is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the essentials in place for comfortable living. The location is excellent, close to Hull city centre, transport links, and shops, making day-to-day life really convenient. The management team has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve needed support, and any minor issues were dealt with quickly.    Myton Gate Property operated by a guy named Mark Gir something has been hands down the most disgraceful renting experience I’ve ever witnessed through my friend. Every request for maintenance was given false promises and obviously hadn't done. They’re inventing petty charges to cut the deposit, as if tenants are just wallets to be emptied on the way out. Calling this ‘property management’ is an insult to the term. It’s more like a scam dressed up as a business. If you value your money, sanity, or even a shred of dignity, avoid this circus of incompetence at all costs.

   This property management group are really amaging. I lived one of their house 39 Albany street for 1 year which was a wonderful experience. Their service is fabulous like if any problem found in the property just call them they will short it out within few hours. I'll highly recommend people to rent their properties.
