Lived here for 6+ months. Flat was ok (depends on your individual landlord) but building management is non-existent. Rubbish everywhere and expect parcels or bikes to get stolen. No transparency in utilities billing either.
Clean and quiet with a lift. Code entry system with security cameras.
Worst place to live! Low security! High bills prices, everything was bad here... Don't get surprised if you see homeless people sleeping in the lobby! It is normal in Tivoli House!
I lived there for 1.5 years — it’s honestly the worst place I’ve ever lived. The management is incompetent and never responds to issues. Security is so poor that parcels are stolen frequently, and nothing is done about it. You’re forced to pay energy bills at higher-than-normal domestic rates with no option to choose your own provider, and the management company couldn’t care less. Avoid this place at all costs!
Rent relatively cheap and good location, but very noisy area (you will have trouble sleeping) with poor insulation. Building managers slow to respond to tenants concerns. Think twice before renting a place here.
