We have dealt with Osprey Property for only a short time, but my experience has been really positive and Amy has been great.
Typical shady landlord, will try to scam your deposit at the end of tenancy.
My strong suggestion is do not buy or rent from this company. I bought a few houses from them - their sales team simply lie about the properties and the history of the properties, whilst the lettings team are a shambles. I have a large property portfolio and these are by far the worst company that I have worked with in my time.
Very slow response for renting department. After about 1,5 weeks of emails, booked for viewing. Time been chosen by agent, so left from job earlier, AND GUESS WHAT? No one attended to show property. Waiting 25 mins. Absolutely rubbish, will not recommend to any one. Dont waist your time.
I started renting through Osprey at the start of this year, Laura couldn’t have been more helpful; they were also very respectful when completing inspection. Will continue renting through Osprey and hopefully stay with them whenever I move again in the future. If you’re looking for a reliable letting agents, use Osprey!
Each and every member of the Osprey team is amazing, each time I had an issue with filling out my application for my new family home they always helped me and supported it. They respond really quickly they speak professionally and take pride to the company. But the person who truly helped me was Laura as she listened for my current address and the horrible situations that I've been going through. But I would highly recommend Osprey as the prices aren't high in price and good for the value.
I dealt mainly with Laura but all the staff are great. I am very happy in my new place. From the start they were great to deal with. Nothing to much trouble. I am very happy with their service. Thank you
