He explained everything clearly, kept things simple, and got everything sorted for us within just a few calls.    I would highly recommend Steve and Karen to support anyone with their mortgage application. Steve evidenced expert knowledge and found us a great deal. A deal in which we were not presented with, from our previous mortgage adviser. This had the best interest rate available and was accepting of our circumstances. Leighton always takes the time to explain things thoroughly so that we understand completely. The whole process has been made much easier thanks to leighton and Karen. They even managed to save us over £1000 by recommending we use a different solicitor for the conveyancing. We will continue to use the mortgage advice bureau and have recommended to friends and family.

   We've been dealing with Leighton and Karen for a couple of months now and I would highly recommend Mortgage Advice Bureau based on our experience. Our situation has not been straight forward, due to a buyer pulling out, and then the fragile situation around rising interest rates and energy prices making it more difficult to get a mortgage. My wife and I were close to giving up but Leighton and Karen have been incredibly helpful and patient, going above and beyond to get the right deal for us. Communication has been very fast and whenever the ball was in their court they completed actions very quickly and always kept us informed. We have now secured a mortgage on the property we wanted and we are both very grateful to Leighton and Karen for the excellent work they've put in to make this happen. Thank you!
