   Utterly disappointed. 4 feet funeral arrangement was 32 inches with a flower sticking out either side. Price paid £190. We’ve had the flowers costed by another florist who said it could have been done for £110, however what was delivered was even less. All I can assume is the lady delivering the flowers got out of the wrong side of bed that morning, or knew she was delivering poor quality, she was so rude and insensitive. Almost pushing her way in to the house, rushed and couldn’t care less that we were on our way to a funeral and not happy. Stating ‘well that’s what I do’.

   Audstar did the flowers for my wedding; they were absolutely gorgeous! The staff were really helpful and able to make my flowers very special & personalised at every step. They assisted with moving them between venues, and everything arrived on time and looked perfect. The flowers were very fresh, beautifully arranged and held up very well. No complaints at all, I'd definitely use this company again! :)

   I recently purchased a bouquet of flowers for my mum on what would have been her golden wedding anniversary. My dad recently died and I thought these would cheer her up. The £40 bouquet was hugely disappointing and I politely phoned Audstar to ensure that I hadn’t made a mistake whilst ordering. I was met with with abuse before the phone was thrown down on me. When I called back to calm the woman down she refused to take my call. But what happened next was so scary that I feel it necessary to warn anyone who might come into contact with this business. The owner then proceeded to post a complete lie on her Facebook page in outrage at the distress she had incurred through someone challenging her substandard goods. The post heavily referenced both my family and I. She continued to stoke what then turned into an endless stream of vitriolic abuse from people who didn't know the true circumstances. I had no right to reply. Someone had the good sense to remove the more disgusting comments after I emailed her to point out that what she had done constituted bullying and harassment under Facebook policy. She refused to take the post down despite its evil and blown out of proportion approach. To put it mildly I would not recommend using this business. Also unless you have anything but fawning praise for Audstar please do not say anything negative to them. They seem to have a slight overreaction to criticism.
