Excellent selection of plants and very well laid out. I needed some advice with a bed in heavy shade and Stuart / Stewart was incredibly helpful and patient. Will be back!
Ben Reid saved Xmas for our office! We had bought a tree from another company and when it arrived and was opened the top was missing! We called at 16.58 on Monday and we had a beautiful tree delivered by 19am next day. Cannot fault the service on phone and delivery driver will def not be using anyone else for our Xmas Trees from now on.

Really good selection of plants and garden equipment and accessories, really good helpful service. We also get our Christmas tree from here every year and have never been disappointed
It is our first visit the to Ben Reid in the 27 years we have lived in Aberdeenshire and I wish we had done so earlier. The range of plants is vast and beautiful with the majority being raised in house. The wee indoor garden center is well laid out and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.
Great plants but very poor customer service. Having a loyalty card, but not being able to find it till after the £130 transaction was rung through the till, We were told that the purchases could not be added to my card. When they were informed that if that was the case, we would not be coming back, the assistant merely shrugged! We like to support local companies, even if they are more expensive, however, if this is how Ben Reid regard loyalty, our custom from now on will go else where.
Good selection of healthy plants and reasonable prices. Staff friendly. Asked if we had a reward card which we have now joined and need to collect on our next visit.
