   Caxton Theatre is a wonderful theatre, offering a little culture to our little town. The people are friendly and welcoming, the prices are affordable and the plays are incredible. There’s always a good mix of drama or comedy throughout the year and I would highly recommend a visit!

   Went to see the Curious Incident of the dog in the night. My first visit to the theatre. The production was wonderful and acting supurb. Nice to see not just a bar but hot drinks and ice creams for sale. In the interval. Would recommend.

   Lovely old fashioned theatre great atmosphere superb visual & acustics. Good staffed bar which the actors use as well available before, interval & end of show. Very reasonable prices,book early to avoid disappointment. Security manned car park, traditional ice creams served in the interval. Always a great performance &a great evening out.

   As a previous member from the early 2000's it was lovely to see how the place has changed over the years since my last visit 15 years ago. The refreshed downstairs area is a brilliant change and will serve for many years to come. And, as always, the members are amazing and welcoming making sure you enjoy the latest performance. Remember, book your tickets early. There's rarely any spare seats on performance nights.

   Amazing place I dont know how they do it but every play is amazing and all the actors are volunteers and the stage set always amazes me all the hard work done to entertain us if you have never been to a live play then go everyone very friendly
