Went to watch the panto at Christmas time Love this we attend every year Staff are friendly Drink and ice-cream pricey but ok Parking is shit

As a venue The Baths Hall is excellent. It's large, has lots of very clean toilets and lots of staff on hand to help. We visited for panto this year and as always the place was spotless. Very busy but the staff were very helpful. There's a lift for the upper level and the panto was great as usual. The only down side is the parking. You have to use whatever local car park you can find even for disabled parking.
To say there are a lot of events that people attend here, and given its large size, you would have thought they would have some type of parking. There's not even a drop-off point. You have to park 2 miles down the road or risk it for a biscuit and park in Sainsbury's.
Went to see the Queen tribute act- was amazing- had a great laugh- Toilets clean and friendly bar staff
Nice theatre, comfortable seats, friendly helpful staff, plenty of clean toilets and rarely queuing up to use the loo, Good variety of shows, well advertised, tickets easy to purchase, temperature just right, not too huge so feels cozy, good stage lighting. Sounds is good and works with my hearing aid. Have seen but not used the area set aside for wheelchair users and it looks as though it would work well. No car park.
Fantastic evening watching the panto Cinderella at the baths hall. We attended the relaxed screening and it was such a good idea and well run by the baths hall, so good to give people an opportunity to attend who may struggle otherwise. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to move as the lights were affecting my wife and told us if we needed anything during the performance just ask. The panto itself was amazing, so funny and professionally acted by all and we had a wonderful time!
Great venue, view and sound. All the bands Ive seen there were great... Parking is a bit of an issue, but found somewhere on the street reasonably close. Go and see 'Talon' ( Eagles tribute) if you can!

Lovely place. Went to see a show. Giovanni and Anton Seating in the bar area. Nice comfy seats in the venue. Great view from the front row of the first tier. Would visit again
