   A really excellent company. The drivers are very friendly, and the booking system is really efficient and the prices are good too. Texts are sent with details of the vehicle coming to collect you, including the registration. It is very reassuring to have the level of security and reliability that they provide. The drivers we have had have been with the company for some years, which I think is always a good sign. Earlier this year, we ordered a number of taxis to collect and deliver guests from across the Staffs Moorlands for my Dad's 80th Birthday. Steve and Julie were great in planning and timing the journeys. On the day the drivers were very kind and helped make sure some of older passengers with mobility issues got to their homes safely. We have also used Leek Link Taxis for airport services and they are there waiting, with a smiling driver, for the early morning journey to Manchester. Highly recommended all around! I'd give six stars if it was possible on Google Review.

   Excellent service. Regularly use Leek Link for airport runs throughout the year. Always on time and courteous. Special shout out to driver Karl, for his kindness, chatter, punctuality and letting me sleep on the early morning pick ups. Great service

   Was in Leek for my nephew’s wedding and because I’m disabled me and my husband needed a taxi to the wedding and back on the night time I looked up taxis and leek line came out with good reviews so we booked them and I’ve got to say they were brilliant they were there when they said sending texts to let me know the car and number plate and they were so lovely, very friendly and the cars really clean would recommend to anyone

   Not impressed booked a taxi it will be 20 minutes 30 minutes later no show rings the office to be told the taxi is in a crash another 30 minutes never again not even a call to tell me leek link are sacked

   Bad phone booking service. Poor knowledge of the area and the roads. Very long waiting times on Sunday. At least the taxi driver was nice.
