Scam It says on their app that they offer 15% for NHS staff but it is all a lie. They never send you any code and customer service tells you a different thing every time. Also, they send you a notification everyday about a 10% discount for a happy hour and when you try that code it says doesn’t exist!!!

Absolutely disgusting! The experience today from the driver who drives the car with the number plate DS22 KLV should be left jobless. First to start of he has no idea of where he is going, I then began to tell him that he needed to go the opposite way because the bell end didn’t know where to go. He began to start tutting and driving rapidly which is against the taxi law. Also using a phone behind the wheel which is also illegal. I also had to walk 20 minutes to get to where I needed to get as I ended up telling him to just stop at where he didn’t know where to go. Absolute bell end - he’s also going to be reported to the council for his wrong acts. Shouldn’t have his job, also makes me wonder if he’s actually got a legal driving license… make sure if this bell end is your set taxi driver do not get into his taxi as you’ll end up in a location you didn’t want to go.

Having used Autocabs for many years I have found them very reliable. Downloaded App and used it for first time today and it informed me about the driver and make and reg of car which is very helpful. App said driver was Mohammed and was in a Toyota and gave his registration but a different car showed up with different driver which for me isn’t a problem but had my wife been on her own she would have found this stressful. I thought the office would have updated the information on my app to tell me exactly which vehicle was assigned and thus going to turn up. Other than that no problem with Autocabs and look forward to using you next time

They are usually good at turning up quickly but not good when at a busy time. Their app needs fixing as it didn't show as accepting journey so obviously i dialed another taxi company because I can't be waiting around for them to decide to accept me when i need to get to work. Today they didn't show as accepted then still turned up and put the phone down on me when I explained they weren't needed. I then called the company and they started trying to tell me about something i wasnt calling about then asked me to call back later. I told them about the driver putting phone down and then they did the same. Rude!

this company has become a joke. just ordered a taxi off the app after 25min wait a taxi was found 2 mins later it was cancelled i then looked again to find out it was telling me i was in the taxi and would reach my destination in 4 mins it then came up to tell me that the booking had been cancelled all together and i might be charged £5 for not getting in a taxi tat never turned up. then you have to wait 3 days to get your money back what a joke. and not to mention the time i was in the taxi with my grand daughter and the driver was texting on his phone veering in to on coming traffic and when you tell the driver he acts like he is doing nothing wrong. this company have just had the last fair from me and i have used magnum for years but since the change the company has just gone down bank

Arrived promptly and driver was pleasant. My only issue was that the rear door had child locks and I was required to lean out of the window to open the door with the outside handle which was rather uncomfortable. Plus I did not like being effectively locked in from a safety perspective.

Called and waited for a taxi only to be told he can't accept card payment as I was getting into the car. The automated system they use isn't very good. It only seems to be good with residential addresses not places (lookers BMW was my destination, it did not understand that)
