Driver said he'd be with us at alton towers entrance in 15 mins, we eventually saw him after 40, having rung him to ask his whereabouts. We believe he picks up other fares if they are en-route to us, as he had two requests come in for our very short ride. There have to be more reliable options
Tried booking a taxi from Cheadle to Hanley. When the operator answered the phone before I had chance to say my destination he said no taxis going your way. Appalling service. Shouldn't be allowed to operate
Dreadful service. Do not use this company! Booked a taxi from Cheadle to Tean a week in advance. We were out for a birthday meal and had a great evening. We waited for the taxi which did not arrive i called multiple times to check if taxi was on the way. There was No answer to my calls. In the end we had to walk home for 3 miles in freezing weather -5C. No apologies, no explanation, no communication at all. My advice is that you should not use this company under any circumstances.
Had a taxi to stone £20. Had a taxi back £22? On the way to stone the driver pulled out on another car on a crossroads which was very close. And we also had two close calls driving through the lanes. Then coming back another driver was driving like he'd nicked it. Poor standard of driving, let alone dangerous. (I'm an ex taxi driver)
First and last time I will be trying to use theses! Pre booked them to get me to a planned meal at 7.00pm so booked for 6.30pm. When they hadn't turned up by 6.40 I called to see where they were and was told they would contact the driver and call back. 5 minutes later called to say he was delayed but on his way but by then it was getting too late to Get me to my destination so I ended up driving myself. Complete waste of time and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Having planned to go out on new years eve for the first time I contacted Nana’s taxis to book 2 taxis. As we had our 18 month old Grandson with us we really didnt want to be left stranded with no way of getting home. They booked us in and sent confirmation and a track my driver text also ( worked fantastic) i contacted earlier in the day on new years eve to confirm everything was ok. And for sure it was, we had one car who did 2 trips and on the night ( which we knew about and was perfectly fine for us ) the driver was happy to do an extra trip if another taxi didnt arrive too. We Will definitely recommend these and will for sure be using them again. Thank you for an excellent service and also a good price for new years eve.
We were picked up from Alton Towers by Nana's and were really impressed with Dean and the service we received. The price was amazing considering how much we payed for the same trip with a different company previously. Dean made us feel really comfortable and told us some facts about Cheadle. We would highly recommend Nana's!
