   Brilliant service, we were on holiday staying out in the stix. One of us became quite unwell, after being told an ambulance would be upto 12 hours we decided a taxi to Buxton hospital would be quicker. I called Allied but they couldn't initially find us by the postcode but they really persevered and one of the drivers did know where we were he came and took us to the hospital he was so friendly and got us there safely. We called them for our return journey and again a brilliant service really friendly lady who once again got us home safely. Thank you so much

   Had a driver ring me after I got a taxi from a different service pick myself and my partner up, I forgot to ring the driver I spoke to back saying that another taxi has picked us up. She proceeded to call me and give me pure and utter attitude on the phone, i apologised and she hung up on me. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting, not getting a taxi off them again!!!

   Excellent service, I ended having two journeys and both drivers were first class, punctual, professional and friendly, I have limited mobility following a stroke and they helped me with walking stick etc

   Great service from this company. Felt they went out of their way to get us a last minute taxi to the airport. Lovely clean taxi with friendly service. Card machine on board so easy to pay. Helped lifting luggage in and out which was a nice extra.

   Used them several times when staying in Buxton. Absolutely friendly service and drivers - managed to pick us up when we were in a low service area. Timely and turned up perfectly; sometimes slightly late but due to traffic works more than anything and not more then 5-10 minutes. Affordable and kept to quoted price - they do price by mile rather then time and if the metre went over they honoured the quoted price when we mentioned/asked. Cars were clean and driving was very safe - got some great recommendations for food and places to go. 1000% recommend - ignore the bad reviews they Bs

   Cannot thank these enough. Dropped my expensive watch in the back of their car, they rang me up and brought it back to me. I didn’t even realise I had lost it. Truly grateful, I will only ever use these in Buxton from now on!

   Only booked with them cause my regular company couldn't do the trip on the day. Paid £135 for a ride that that with other companies cost £80-90. Driver didn't even leave his seat as I was putting my bags in, so the extra certainly wasn't for a good service.

   Booked a taxi for my dad, who is in a confused and emotional state, from my mum's care home to his home. They failed to turn up so he had to sort himself. When I rang up to complain they refused to give any of the three managers' names on the grounds of "data protection". Pathetic!
