   Fantastic service from a friendly local company. Really nice man that picked us up promptly and got us to our evening meal on time when we were running late. Very helpful recommending local pubs and came quick to drive us home. Excellent service will definitely use again when in the area.

   Dissapointing. Arrived at Stone railway station at 16:00 on a Friday to find it isn't serviced by a taxi rank. Called up a search of local cab companies, and phoned these guys. I was told a driver would be with me between 10 to 15 minutes. After 35 minutes, I phoned to advise their driver hadn't arrived, & I was getting cold ! Unfortunately the best the controller could offer was that the driver was supposed to have arrived 20 minutes ago, and he would text him. I told him not to bother & I would find another company. I phoned Star Private Hire. They confirmed the booking with a text, (which wasn't the case with these guys) & they were as good to their word, of being able to collect me within 8 minutes of me placing the call.
