I had a cab from Chesterton to Stoke station today. My driver was exceptionally friendly and kind and did his best to get me there for my train, navigating all of the roadworks. Thankfully I just made it!
Been picked up last 2 days from work it’s been a pleasure to share is taxi doesn’t feel like a taxi seems like your best mate has picked you up really pleasant young man very chatty 20 minutes to home felt like 5 minutes hope to see him again cheers
I,m a 76 year old female never been in a taxi on my own booked City cabs to take me there and back to the hayward hospital I was quite anxious about going on my own but did,nt need to worry I had cab 13 sorry forgotten your name he was so kind put me at ease the price was very good i would highly recommend City Cabs will definitely use them again

Rude operator makes a mistake and doesn't say sorry. Waited over an hour at the airport because he put the wrong time in the system. Refused to give money back. Will be spreading the word how bad this taxi service is. A 'sorry, my bad. Really sorry about my mistake' would have been enough. Arrogance gets you nowhere.
Top rate service, good price and exceptional customer service, I was new going out in Stoke and from the station to home they catered for my need and me and my friend to where we needed to be, will defiantly use again
Absolutle the worst taxi company I have ever experienced! This is why I do not use anyone other than intercity! Their drivers are very rude and speak to you like a piece of s**t on their shoe over a minor misunderstanding and then refuse you to get in the taxi even though its early hours of the morning. I will NEVER be using city cabs again
Booked them three times; each time they were awful. They were 40 mins late to a pre booking, then they cancelled a booking without contacting me, after waiting 50 mins for a taxi. Then called and the person was rude. Would not recommend!
