   I recently used Lucky Seven Taxis for a trip around Stoke-on-Trent, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The booking process was seamless, and the staff on the phone were incredibly friendly and helpful. The taxi arrived right on time and the driver was professional and courteous. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable ride.    I’ve used Lucky Seven Taxis several times this year and they have never let me down. Every driver I’ve had has arrived a few minutes early, greeted me with a smile and made sure the ride was smooth from start to finish. The cars are always spotless and comfortable, and booking through the app takes less than a minute—so convenient when I’m in a rush. On my most recent trip from the train station back home, the driver kindly waited while my train was delayed and even helped me with my shopping bags, which made what could have been a stressful evening completely hassle-free. Big thanks to the whole Lucky Seven team—you make getting around town effortless. I wouldn’t choose anyone else!

   Its a mixed review. Used this firm for a return trip when visiting from out of town. Both drivers were really friendly and chatty. The taxi was ordered from our hotel and the driver was lovely telling us about his trip to Dubai, the journey cost £12, which we thought was a little steep as the hotel had said it would definitely be under £10. Not to worry, just the current t cost of living we thought. Then our friend called us a taxi home,as they're local using the same firm and the same journey cost us £5.80. We told the return driver this and he was shocked, told us we'd be done over and that all should use their meters. Basically the 1st taxi realised we weren't local and DOUBLE charged us! Taxis were on time, drove sensibly and were both friendly drivers.... one chose to rip us off and one didn't! Guess you take that chance..... just be careful! I'd be able to afford a trip to Dubai too if I was doubling cost too!

   This company is so bad. Dispatchers are rude, argumentative and often clueless and unhelpful...i have called up before and been told 'i dunno' to queries and had people hang up the phone when challenged over information they have given me. If you order a taxi through the app there is no guarantee a any assigned cab is arriving ordering via cab office is even riskier as you have no way of tracking progress (of which there will likely be none). If a taxu arrives then there is no telling what you will get. I would say about 20% of the drivers ive had arr spot on. No word of a lie i have had drivers show up with cigarettes lit in the car and a myriad other experiences of unprofessional behaviour. Customer service and professionalism really poor in my experience.

   Lucky 7 for me are hit and miss. Most of the time they are brilliant! They turn up so fast. But they let themselves down sometimes with certain drivers. I was had a driver who was drunk. But I calls and complained (which I never do but I worried about his safety).and other drives can be rude. But other than that they aren’t a bad taxi service for quick and cheap journeys

   Booked a taxi many hours in advance of need. App showed a car for my journey which then disappeared off map. When I called to find out info had a very rude customer service experience. Basically told me they don’t organise in advance they just find taxis that are free at that time which wasn’t any so could be a 45-1 hour wait. She then asked if I would still want to wait when I said I didn’t have a choice she scoffed and said fine bye and hung up. For a taxi company they do not know how to run it properly if someone schedules a taxi for a time they expect it at that time. If you don’t have anyone free don’t allow booking at that time. Also to get texts saying the service will be late after it is already 15 minutes late is ridiculous. Will not be using again. Worst customer service I’ve experience in a long time and the booking service is a joke. Taxi drivers have been very lovely though. Only reason the company is even getting 1 star!!!!

   My elderly parents booked a taxi from Keele services to pick them up after being dropped by coach after a holiday. They were told that they had to walk over to the opposite side of the services to be picked up. This meant walking up and down a great many steps, crossing the bridge across the M6 with 2 suitcases and 2 large bags. Both my parents are in their mid 80s and mum in particular is not very steady on her feet. Even the manager of the Waitrose tried to help by calling Lucky 7, as he has used them many times and the taxis come through the barrier. He even gave them the code to use to gain access. Mum was very upset by all this and it took an hour and a half for them to eventually get home. After several attempts by myself to get some kind of reaction from the firm still haven't heard anything from them. I feel this is very poor customer service.
