   Brilliant service. My husband and I needed an urgent cab to A&E. It was here in less than 10 minutes. There was no one available so the owner came out himself to pick us up 5.30 am. When we were done at the hospital he was there again in no time at all. Totally made what could have been a really difficult situation less stressful.

   Ordered a taxi well in advance from Manchester Airport gave flight time home twice, taxi arrived late and we were told we have to pay for parking! Is this correct as never done this before? Onward journey however was fantastic!!.

   Zed has taken my daughter on the school run for the last year. I wanted to pass on my feedback about the driver that we have had this year. He has been absolutely wonderful. He’s never late, he’s always friendly, the children absolutely adore him, and you can tell that he has a genuine interest in making sure that the children are happy and comfortable He always is smiling, he always likes to have a laugh and a joke, he’s responsive to text messages and phone calls, and if there is any influence over picking the driver that Evie will have for next year, we would absolutely love to have him again Thank you so much again for sourcing him

   Shocking company. Rude. Taxi Was late and we missed the train even though they ensured me we would be on time. Shocking customer service. We had used them a lot for guests at work too but we will find someone else.

   About as reliable as a Chocolate Fireguard. Told 5-10 minutes, when 20 mins had passed I rang to be told 1 minute away. Rumour has it I could be half way to China now if I had continued to wait for it to arrive
