   My daughter attended willows for over 3 years. It use to be a lovely nursery in which the staff were very helpful and caring My opinion has changed a lot, there is to many children and no one ever knows what your child has done during the day Management are rude and unhelpful and deal with situations in a very poor manner I have now removed my child from this nursery due to being unhappy with the service which is a real shame The nursery has changed a lot since my daughter started and I would no longer recommend it. Not one member of management was concerned that I was removing my daughter due to being unhappy considering the length of time my daughter has attended! I have had to deal with some awful situations with the nursery during my daughters time there and can honestly say not once did they show any remorse or concern for my daughters wellbeing.
