   Not a good experience at all in the toddlers group, Upon signing up our child we completed the settling sessions without issue, afew tears but this can be expected. It all went downhill when my wife, our childs mother, collected our toddler. I cannot be more clear, no password was ever discussed or setup with us, nor was the need to bring ID. The staff had also met my wife in person when viewing and signing our child up and settling in. Upon arriving to collect our child my wife was asked for a password, which was not in place. Our child could hear my wife so began to get upset when he could not see her. Our child was left to cry hysterically with no consolement by the staff at all for over 10 minutes while the staff could not figre out what to do. The staff asked my wife, who they have met before, for ID which she did not have as this was not expected. After raising concerns over the incident with the manager later, we were made to feel as if the indicent was all our fault and not negligence by the nursery at all. Our issue is not with having a password system, it is with the negligence to set up a password and more importantly the disregard for our child when in a extremely emotion state. If this is what staff are like infront of parents, what are they like when parents are not present? To add insult to injury, when we pulled our child out of the nursery, due to their negligence, we were not refunded our £100 deposit as we did not give them the appropriate notice, i will not give notice when our child is mistreated to this degree.

   I was at Aldi in gosport when I witnessed a member of your staff a female fairly large build, ginger hair with tattoos. She was shouting and hitting a child. She had 2 children with her both of a black ethnicity. I think this is disgraceful as she works with young children and was in Hopscotch uniform!!

   My son absolutely loves it there. He's thriving, coming home with something new he's learnt nearly every day. Staff are absolutely amazing and encouraging, everyone is so friendly and we are always kept informed on the app about what he's eaten, right down to nappy changes. The manager Michelle is lovely and seems to know every child by name and her passion about working with little people is clearly translated down to the team. I really cannot recommend the place enough, just based on how happy and smiley my son runs in in the morning.

   After searching many nursery’s for my 11month old I was recommended hopscotch. When I first visited hopscotch I knew I loved it. It was really clean, tidy and the staff were so friendly. I signed up my son less than a month ago. My son loves it there he plays and enjoys his time there. I’m so happy that they regularly update what his done during the day as well as post pictures of him. Olivia Bradley looks after him with other member but she’s amazing with alpy and so friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend hopscotch.
