Booked a taxi for 00:30hrs on NYE and no one showed up. We tried texting and calling multiple times and we had no response. We checked with every taxi outside and none were for me. After 30 minutes I had to book an Uber which did show up. Terrible would not recommend.

We used Star cabs for a journey for a Christmas Party. They provided an excellent service. They were a little late for the return journey 20mins, but it was very busy night. A quick phone call put my mind at rest and the taxi arrived as promised. The drivers for outward journey and return were lovely and the cars were clean. The price was excellent and I would definitely recommend and use them again.
Can’t fault them, they text when they are about to arrive, as someone else mentioned driver could be a bit more talkative, definitely top of my list

Don’t use. I pre-booked a taxi the night before for 9am. A 15min journey to the station for a 9.30am train. No problem, except they still weren’t here at 9.20am. Pre-booked too. They had no excuse not to be late. Missed my train. Cost me a fortune. Awful service.
First time using them, Driver was really rude, trying to give directions over the phone but kept putting phone down on me. I was late for work because it took 20 minutes for him to find me. The location I wanted taken to was also put in wrong so I had to give directions the whole time which was annoying. Wouldn’t recommend. Also the amount on the amount tracker kept going up by 30p every 3 seconds so the amount went from £4.50 to £7.10 within a 3 minute drive. Disgusting especially considering the driver made me late to work! They state aswell they charge the lowest fare in Stafford but that was the highest I’ve ever paid
Very good service - extremely clean and nice car. Very professional yet friendly driver. Extremely punctual. I will use their services again without hesitation.
