   Very unprofessional experience. Driver completely unsuited and untrained for transporting a wheelchair passenger. No anchor points for the wheelchair or seatbelt provisioning which resulted in injury to the passenger. A truly horrific experience.

   I had a fantastic experience with Azure Private Hire for my airport transfer. The driver was punctual, professional, and the car was spotlessly clean. I was worried about making it on time, but they reassured me, and I arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare. Will definitely be using their service again for future trips.    I booked a taxi on January 7 to take me from Newcastle Bus Station to Hanley at midnight. I had a bus arriving at 11:59pm with a large suitcase and would be unable to take public transportation at that time, so I needed to take a taxi. I showed up on time and waited a few minutes, but there was no Azure taxi anywhere, so I called them. The operator said that a taxi hadn't been dispatched for me, he couldn't explain why, and he said that he couldn't do anything about it because it was too late. With 1% battery left on my phone I told him to refund me and that I'd find another taxi. Well the only other taxis near the bus station were unmetered and trying to charge me twice as much as Azure was supposed to cost me. In addition, they were only accepting cash, which I didn't have and was unable to get. So my only option was to walk the 3 miles to Hanley, with a large suitcase, in a place I'd never been to before. And because my phone had died, I had to follow street signs and got lost a couple of times. I have no idea why Azure didn't dispatch a taxi for me, even after I got confirmation of my booking and received authorization of the charge to my credit card. I'll avoid using Azure in the future, and I'd advise everyone in the Stoke area to do the same.

Punctual pick up, and got to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Excellent service. Would definitely book again and will recommending to family and friends.
