   Excellent service for a 3.30am pick up to Birmingham Airport. Ian texted the day before to provide reassurance that he would be there the next day. Despite a slight delay Ian was there waiting for us when we arrived back home & he even did an extra drop off, despite busy Friday M6 traffic. Clean comfortable car & Ian was chatty & friendly. I would highly recommend & use again.

   Ian dropped my son and i at Heathrow for our flight to the US. Communication over WhatsApp was great, he was bang on time for pick up, the car was spotlessly clean and Ian is a really nice guy - had a great time chatting with him all the way down from Cannock. Will definitely use him again next time we are back.

   This is the worst taxi firm I've ever used. I booked a taxi a week prior to when I needed it, so thought I might get a good service. How wrong was I! I had three different texts telling me my taxi was arriving and the drivers name was..... None of them arrived. After the fourth text the taxi did arrive. 35 minutes late. So my wife and I were left out in the cold until well past midinight. I will NEVER used this firm again. I'd rather walk.
