Avoid at all costs. Booked on line 4 days in advance, no confirmation, 7 phone calls from me to try and affirm arrangements. taxi did not turn up. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Dreadful
Non existent service. Booked a taxi for the next day on their website booking form as they had no phone number and this was the only way to book. Had an email saying someone would be in touch with me shortly. No follow up email, no follow up call, no way to contact, no taxi showed up when I needed it to. Would never use again and would never recommend.

Goggled taxis in Stone and Stone taxis came up with a telephone number, this was the number I rang... When I went to leave feedback your site came up... Think someone may be piggybacking on your site... Will contact the number you gave me and report it... Thank you for replying to my initial report and again apologies for the incorrect feed left on your site....
Tried to book as directed using website with 24+ hr notice... no response or acknowledgement. Tried to book using email, as also directed -no response or acknowledgement. Tried to phone - they cancelled the call without even picking up. Appalling service - Do Not Use
Ordered a taxi at 2.30 pm in the afternoon to come for 7.30 as I had to be in work for 8 a nyt shift contact is a no go as phone is constantly engaged when driver did turn up he had been given the wrong time to collect me and then was speeding like a mad man in the pouring down rain felt unsafe I will never use these taxis again disgusting attitude to customers also you need to review your service !!!!
These guys have saved my ass, Was stuck in stone and needed to get home at a certain time for a parcel delivery. These guys came within 5 minuets of my call and they managed to get me back to my house in the nick of time. will definitely use them again.
