Andy is a great taxi driver. I always have a brilliant conversation with him and he’s always on time and gets me to my destination without a hitch. I now exclusively use Westside/Aerobrights and they have the best prices in Stafford. You can’t go wrong.

Ok, time for some proper feedback. They’ve now started using another car sticker and another name!! It’s confusing even more now and it doesn’t need to be. Westside take over Aerobrights so Aerobrights become westside. Westside is very very well established already so there was no need for a name change at all. Stafford cabs confused me even more now. In my day we had a saying that still holds firm today, “If it ain’t broken don’t try to fix it” Drivers are great and always arrive on time. Jamroz picked me up today. Always smiling, always friendly and chatty. Great driver.

We tried booking a taxi to the station on a Saturday evening. First, I was told that they are fully booked for some time which was fair enough. Then she said the earliest one is at 7:15 and then changed it within 10 seconds to 7:30. Then after she got the address she said there is no car available until 8:30pm. Now I was given 3 different pick up times within the span of 30 seconds. She also said they take the payment upfront, to which I said ok. After taking the payment, I asked if there is a guarantee that they show up at 8:30 as we had to take a train to which she hung up. Shocking customer service, they take the money and then hang up on you. Not even bothered to answer your questions. Called back again to ask the same question. The lady was rude and unbothered and was trying to get rid of me. I asked if we could get our money back as we found an alternative taxi to which she said yes. I had to ask whether she needed the card details again? To which she said she has the card details infront of her and will refund. 2 days later, we have been charged by this taxi service and we didn’t even get our taxi. That lady should find another job if she hates to work there so much. I’m going to dispute the payment through our bank now. Avoid at all cost!
Shocking service, ordered a taxi for 12. Taxi didn’t arrive and it was going past 1pm. Phoned them and was told the driver had been and knocked and received no answer, this was a lie as I was sat outside. Didn’t even bother to ring and let me know, then told me there was no more taxis available. Useless degenerates.
