Wow AA truly captured exactly what was in my head when ordering The service was prompt fairly priced and second to none delivered to the chapel of rest for us promptly too so it was there for the day in question HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!
This is the 2nd or 3rd time we have used this place. Once again they pulled through for us and made mum's day. Not bad considering we ordered on-line, the night before and from US where we are 6 hours behind! When I called to check next morning (early afternoon there) I was told all was good and everything had been delivered as I had requested, vase and all! My mum loved the flowers! Thanks so much and we'll be back again soon
Excellent service and lovely ladies! I rang up at 9.30am and they managed to arrange for some flowers to be delivered to my friend at 1pm. The lady who I dealt with, April, was very kind and helpful. Alternative Arrangements created my wedding bouquet, wand for my daughter (bridesmaid) and button holes for my husband and son. Can not recommend ruth and staff enough, always order our special flowers from here and without fail the team at alternative arrangements go above and beyond, arrangements always look so modern and flowers are always fresh and last ages. So impressed with Alternative Arrangements - ordered flowers for my mum about an hour ago and she already has them! I wasn't sure which bouquet to choose so I just mentioned that she loves lilies and the handpicked arrangement is beautiful! Can't recommend enough.
These flowers, were delivered on Thursday, by Sunday most had wilted .. They didn't look too healthy when they arrived. Split them up. Today and alot had just gione. For £40 not impressed.
