I have had a variety of drivers for my journeys over these years, all polite, friendly and professional. Specifically, Darren (Daz).    Darren is a lovely bloke, but sometimes when he picks me up. I have to remind him to start the journey. As hes forgot a few times. Due to me getting in his taxi and his words were you look shattered or how was your day. Then I rant about my day haha. Thank you for being a great ear to vent too.    We book this taxi everyday. Most days it arrives late. Today it broke the limit. It arrived 20 mins late. I work starts at 11.30 and the taxi arrived 11.40. Not acceptable at all

   Hated it. Kept changing the times . Waited half an hour when i was told 10 mins. Then rung them up and was told the driver went on another job and to wait another 20 mins. Got a phone call to say he'd arrived ,so I told them to get lost I'd got another taxi and wouldn't be using them again as they'd messed me around too much .

   Left a Christmas gift bag on the back seat in a taxi of theirs after visiting family rang the company they told me that the driver had spotted it and handed the bag into the base as I was the last customer of the evening...Took three days after numerous phone calls to Smart Cars for a driver to return my gifts what annoys me more than anything is that two items were missing.. What's even more annoying is the £9.20 fare they charged for a half empty bag.. Never going to use them again if there was an option for 0 Stars that would've been my 1st opinion so disappointed.
