We booked a family camping trip to rhyl and could not fault the guys in the slighest. Kept regular contact to confirm the time and of we needed anything and to confirm room. Turned up early and my family said they were fantastic felt really safe in the vehicle especially with travelling with 4 kids under 8. Highly recommended

Always use this company for the last 7 years. Both Keith and Steve are extremely professional, polite and helpful. They have a range of cars to suit your needs, including a jaguar for customers who wish to travel in style. For large groups they have a 9 seater. Cars are clean, comfortable and well maintained. Mostly travel to Manchester, Birmingham and Heathrow airports, but have also to used to travel to London for sightseeing, to Cambridge and other intercity travel. I have always found the service very reliable, on time and they ensure a timely drop. They would use alternate routes in case of traffic events. Cars have satnav, Bluetooth connectivity and all modern technology. Very safe driving and they will not rush or break speed limits. Prices always competitive and there is no expectation of a big tip. Always help with luggage, wheelchair and helping my elderly mother when she uses their taxis. I have tried them in the thick of a heavy snowfall and once in the middle of night when my flight was delayed. Not once have I found them wanting. Would highly recommend though they are very busy so have to always book in advance.

We gave all our flight details to the company as requested. We text to say we had landed at 10.15pm and if we had not done so I am sure we would have still been sitting there as we were not picked up until 11.30pm. We were picked up by a driver from another company who had been asked to rush up to Manchester airport to collect us when he was working at Stoke station. The explanation was that we had arrived early and they thought the pick up was at 11pm. Keith said we sounded fed up and of course we were sitting in a cold airport after travelling for hours. Well clearly they were not there then and had forgotten all about us. There was no apology and following the hype of the company on the way to the airport this was not what was expected. Very unreliable do not use !!
English taxi driver...he text me the evening before pick up..very reassuring..arrived on time and he was a lovely friendly guy..I will definitely be using him again...also he was alot cheaper than most of the other taxi companies around stoke
