   This is a scam taxi firm, who will take your money and leave you stranded. I prepaid £62 for my taxi and it didn’t show up. Subsequently, I missed the train I was due to catch and an appointment I was due to attend. I’ve called and text the firm to ask for a refund, but they are ignoring me. If you don’t want to be the victim of theft, steer clear of this company. Thankfully the hotel I was staying at informed me that Uber is available in the area at a much more reasonable price.

   Taxi booked and paid for days in advance to get to work on time on a Monday morning. The taxi did not show up and there was no message, call or explanation, leaving me with no means of getting to work without being really late. Company was impossible to reach via the number in my booking email, over 40 minutes of holding time. However, if you want to book a new taxi and call the number on Google, they pick up the phone immediately. When I finally got through to someone, no explanation was given and the person on the phone was indifferent. Seems to be a very normal way of conducting business for them. Never again.

   The driver we had was absolutely brilliant and he definitely gets 5 stars. We tried to change the time of the taxi though but couldn't get through to their dispatch office. The driver said email is probably the best way to get hold of them. The driver was kind enough to come and get us when we wanted so big thank you to him!

   Shocking. I wouldn't give it 1 star. Called up in the morning and booked via phone. Didnt turn up. Called twice again and tried to contact driver with no luck. Then sent me a message via text and said it wasnt booked. Never ever again. Dont use..shocking and not reliable and utter liars!!

   Worst ever taxi company. Have made several bookings through their website. Great, but after the payment. No taxi showed up, no phone calls from the driver, nothing!!!!!!!! And their customer service cannot even see the booking.
