   Cannot recommend One Way UK highly enough. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I discovered their mountain from the song / movement bag lurking in my stash just yesterday morning and realised it would be ideal for something I was doing in 3 day's time. Realising they're already busy I thought I'd ask "just in case" they could help as i needed 5 more. As usual, Cam went out of his way to help and at 12.00noon today said goodies arrived, less than 24 hours from ordering. One Way UK really do provide the most amazing professional and personalised service we could ever wish for. In an age when customer service in general leaves much to be desired One Way UK buck the trend and are outstanding. Thank you Cam and team. It really is a privilege doing business with you.

   I cannot speak highly enough of One Way UK - they have been absolutely fantastic. Through every step of the process they have been friendly, approachable and professional. They matched my brief and ideas brilliantly and brought the character to life in a way that I was over the moon with. The puppet has such great movement and expression. The attention to detail is also superb and I really enjoyed working with them on various options to suit my project.    Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I’ve known about One Way for years being a puppet fan (I mean how can you not love them!) When I approached David and the team about having custom training dolls created based on two (now three) of their designs, David talked me through the options and the process and couldn’t be more helpful. I was scared we’d be talking ££££ for what I needed as they’re not just off the shelf and a competitor sells theirs to tutors for £600 each so I figured they mustn’t be cheap to create - I was wrong. The price quoted from One away was brilliant, it was so good one became two and now two has become three. The team are so flexible and was able to customise the puppet storage bags & some t-shirts of mine so the dolls have a uniform. I really can’t thank the team enough and really do keep singing their praises. It really does make me smile seeing the work they do and how peoples faces light up when they see the puppets. Another fantastic point before I finish my review is the way One Way accommodate small businesses, no minimum orders at all and happy to go the extra mile and help. Thank you once again :-)
