Although I have had sad experiences here like my dog being put down being told my cat had died it is a great place to check up on animals. The service is friendly!
Alice had her 1st vaccine MicroChip and health check. The Staff and vets go out of their way to make you and your animals feel comfortable. I have horses, dogs , goat and cat all treated by them over 35 years . Excellent service in emergencies too .
Had a very thorough examination for my puppy and very professional experience for her. Recommendation for treatment and medication. I intend to book her in for surgery soon. Have every confidence she will be well looked after.

I had a disappointing first experience with castle vets after being recommended by many. A mix up on their behalf, failed to inform me that my arrange appointment had to be rearranged after waiting to see the vet for 30mins the having to return later that day and wait a further 40mins to be seen. This could of easily been avoided with communication via a phone call but they failed to do so. This wasn't reflected on the cost either... I'll consider another vet in the area next time.
