   I went into SIM florists Holland Street today. 8th Dec 2025 to explain that the packages of small artificial flowers on small wire stalks were falling apart it was the stalks were rusted making the heads fall off and rendering them useless I bought three packages of which of the three only one could be salvaged I explained that the brother I think Neil on Friday was very helpful and because of the brother he called himself John's attitude being extremely difficult and rude and actually acused me of purposely breaking the wire stalks but told me to go and replace the two packages of small artificial flowers which I did and when I returned to the office to show him he kicked off like a man possessed totally unnecessary I am a man of 77 and have never been spoken to in such a nasty and bizarre manner absolutely unbelievable and no need for such an upheaval. If possible would give no stars but sadly have to give one star

   Not very friendly or helpful would not suggest buying stock there when u go into a wholesalers u should be able to greet customers with a smile brighten the mood and be sales friendly

   If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. I visited the warehouse this afternoon with my mum. We were looking to purchase a single pull bow and explained this to the man in the shop. He was incredibly rude and had an awful demeanour for customer service. We explained that we were looking for a single pull bow and he couldn't understand why we couldn't locate them in the store. When he showed us them we explained that we only wanted one and pointed to the size that we wanted. He was incredibly rude and pointed to where they were on the shelf, however these were a multi-buy pack which we weren't looking to purchase. We explained this and pointed again to what we wanted, reiterating again that we only wanted one. He was very short, snappy, and rude and pointed once again to the thing he had already shown us. We explained yet again that we only wanted one and asked if it would be possible to purchase one individually in which he responded very abruptly "no" and walked off back to the office. I highly recommend avoiding this store. I will never revisit after coming across such a rude and cantankerous man with an awful attitude problem. Avoid like the plague!!!!

   We use Sims to get supplies to make our fruit baskets. I love browsing around this shop - I could be there for hours! All your ribbons, bows and wrappings for special occasions. Too much to choose from. Prices are really good too.
