My mum was very happy with her birthday flowers. Delivered on the day as specified, the flowers looked lovely. I have just ordered Christmas flowers from this florist also. Previously from other florists in the area they have been delivered with a lesser quality than the online photo. So I am very happy that this florist put the effort into the display.
I needed some flowers delivering to a dear friend in Sedgefield. Tracey certainly pulled out all the stops and went above and beyond my brief... i also asked her if she knew a local shop that would deliver a bottle of Brandy (as well as the flowers). "Leave it with me" she said! So not only did Liz receive a magnificent boquet of flowers, but her husband Peter got a lovely bottle of Brandy as well. THANK YOU SO MUCH for all your help Tracey. I have ordered flower arrangements from Tracey for years, she understands the thought & love of the giving & receiving of a beautiful living gift. Be it, birthday, anniversary, mother's Day, a loss of a loved one or simply because someone you care for, deserves flowers. Her arrangements are beautiful, well thought out & I know she has pride in her trade, she listens to the customers needs & I know she will always do her best. Also, the beautiful flowers, my fabulous, loving, darling, husband ordered from enchantments, for valentine's day, were an absolute dream. Over a week now & they are still amazing. I cannot praise this lady enough.

Enchantments is the hidden gem in the village. Tracey goes above and beyond for her customers. I always use Tracey for anything floral that needs to be sent. I gave her a real challenge this week, delivering to Weardale. She checked and Interflora doesn't cover the area or Flowers Direct, so Tracey searched and found a local florist to do the order. Can't praise her and her staff enough!
Tracey the owner of this fabulous florist is most certainly one of a kind, she went above and beyond to arrange surprise flowers to be delivered to the Impeccable Pig prior to my daughter and partner arriving. The flowers were as part of an engagement surprise for my daughter and her partner, Not only did everything go smoothly due to Tracey's help but the flowers were out of this world. Beautifully fresh Roses and arranged perfectly with that little extra touch here and there, Not to mention the fabulous single rose with ribbon on to tie the engagement ring to , that was fabulous as played the vital part in the surprise.
