Great service again. Always on time for the airport run and when returning home. Will continue to use Take Me Crewe as have done so for several years and never been let down.
Excellent service! The taxi arrived on time, the ride was smooth, and the customer service was outstanding. A special shout-out to Storme, who was incredibly supportive and professional. Highly recommended!
Booking was great and friendly operator. My car arrived (received txt informing me of car details). It was very clean and driven carefully. What a great driver, very friendly and got me to the station on time
15 mins late collecting us. Not only that, but we had booked an eight seater minibus and they phoned us 20 minutes before they were du, to tell us that they did not have one and could only supply a six seater car when I had made this booking weeks before. The driver that came to get us was lovely but I’m not impressed with the organisation
I have just had the absolute unpleasure of using this service. Booked over the phone and when the driver arrived he didn't know where the address was (7 minute drove away) he called the office who told him I had to direct him with my own Google maps ( I wasn't local to the area) when I arrived at my location he advised he didn't have a card machine in the vehicle so I would have to be text a link and again he rang back the office. The fare then jumped from 8£ to over 13£ because they were messing around on the phone as to how the card payment would work. When I said I will pay what the fare was when I arrived the man on the phone was extremely rude telling me I don't know how taxi companies work. Avoid at all costs!
Dreadful, we had an airport collection booked and paid for, the flight was on time, we received a text indicating the taxi had arrived, it hadn't (it was an automated text) in fact the taxi had not left Crewe or Stoke. We had to wait over 30 minutes for it to arrive, we don't blame the driver, he said he was very quiet, (not busy at all) he just had not been given the job. This company has gone from a reliable local service to a larger un-reliable one. I would like a refund, if the flight was late there would have been a 30p a minute charge, we were left waiting so I think we should receive a 30p a minute reduction of the fee (£10 would cover it). Very disappointed, do not use this company.
Used Westside for at least 10 years religiously, they used to be a 5 star service, taxi’s available at all times & always on time. How times have changed, since the new owners have taken over the app is useless, taxi’s are late when pre booked in advance or simply do not turn up at all. Won’t be using you again. You used to be the best taxi service in Crewe now they are the worst. I’m not the only one noticing the difference since the new owners have taken over either by the looks of the reviews.
This company used to be great, they would always be on time and their app was really efficient. Then they must have had a change of owner and it all went down the pan. I have tried using them twice for a school run and both times they were nearly 30 minutes late. I have also been trying to book via the app which doesn't work. And when you call you get an annoying phone automated system which doesn't recognise your address. I won't be using this company again, complete rubbish.
Last night I ordered a taxi for my daughter. The driver was there with 5 minutes. The driver was fantastic. He waited for her and got her home safe. Fantastic service. Would 100% use this taxi company again and will be recommending to friends and family.
